Inside Plattenbau

Against the background of the continuously increasing demand for housing, the project Inside Plattenbau - Abrgünde und Höhenflüge deals with the potential of existing prefabricated housing estates in Berlin Hellersdorf.

For a period of 4 weeks, the Baugenossenschaft Stadt und Land provided several flats that were both the subject of analytical investigations and the filming location for imaginary film stories.

These cinematic stories as well as a rich collection of architectural designs on the themes of transformation, densification and intensification of existing structures will be shown on the two underground floors of Kunstraum Potsdamer Straße from 5 to 14 November.
