From April 14 to mid-September, the ABC will present the project 'A-imagination in Architecture; about Artificial Intelligence (AI), imagination and reality'. In addition to an exhibition in two rooms, this project consists of a series of lectures/meetings and workshops in which the imagination and application possibilities of Artificial Intelligence in architecture are shown and highlighted. The exhibition shows that autonomous architectural works of art can be realized with AI and that AI is an inspiring tool for contemporary design assignments.

At the exhibition, artists Rogier Polman and Léon van Kuijk show autonomous and original works of art created with Artificial Intelligence. They show a series of images of virtual and new museums. The images, of the exterior, interior and the collection of these museums, were created by them with the help of AI. In addition, urban planner Ricsi van Beek and landscape architect Maurice Käss, both working for the municipality of Haarlem, show how they use AI as a practical tool in their daily work. For example, they use this innovative technology at participation meetings.

The opening of 'A-imagination in Architecture; about Artificial Intelligence (AI), imagination and reality' is scheduled for Sunday afternoon, April 14 at 3 p.m. Then a conversation will take place between artists Rogier Polman and Léon van Kuijk, urban planner Ricsi van Beek and landscape architect Maurice Käss about the use of AI in their work. That conversation is led by Gabriël Verheggen, director of ABC.
