n their second exhibition at Aedes the brothers Bernhard and Stefan Marte offer an similarly contemplative yet suspenseful glimpse into their current considerations with art and cultural buildings. On display are i.a. the conversion of the Deutschlandhaus in Berlin into the Documentation Center for the ‘Federal Foundation Flight, Expulsion and Reconciliation’. They present their plans for ‘Galerie Niederösterreich’, at the UNESCO worldheritage site Krems as well as the new exhibition hall in Dornbirn, both in Austria. The second part of the exhibition, Marte.Marte in collaboration with filmmaker Andreas Waldschütz take a cinematic approach of their past works, e.g. their award-winning Mountain Cabin in Laterns and their distinctive bridge trilogy in Dornbirn.
