Factor Housing

Building is harmful to the climate, and building materials make a considerable contribution to this. Building materials made from regenerative raw materials can mitigate this problem - and also have many ecological building biology and physical advantages over their "conventional" counterparts. This is illustrated by the travelling exhibition FAKTOR WOHNEN - Ökologisch um:bauen mit regenerativen Baustoffen.

At the heart of the exhibition are 11 interactive showcases where visitors can measure, feel, try and grasp, and easily understand the interrelationships and experience them through various senses. Supplementary information and the events in the supporting programme link up with the overall context of planning, building and living. The focus here is on the effects on climate and the environment, but especially on inspiring climate-friendly examples from practice.
