WERTSCHAU

The upcoming wertschau exhibition will open on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at the auau Raum für Architektur in Hamburg. The exhibition is the result of close collaboration between K+E, NBL, and ZRS, focusing on research and the accumulated knowledge gained from years of practical experience in dealing with construction within planetary boundaries – a mission that closely connects K+E, NBL, and ZRS.

wertschau demonstrates how the appreciation of existing creates new things and illustrates a shift in thinking toward a practice that doesn't consume resources, but rather respects, nurtures, and develops them further. The projects on display are not about universal answers or grand ideas, but about buildings, people, and their stories. Visitors are invited to experience the value of materials haptically, visually, and intellectually.
