MAX 45

The traveling exhibition for the BDA MAX45 Award will be on display at the BDA Gallery in Hamburg, opening there on February 5 at 7 p.m. Speakers will include the award winners from Hamburg, Büro NOTO, and the jury chair, Prof. Susanne Brorson.

MAX45 is aimed at young architects and is jointly organized by the five North German BDA regional associations together with VHV Allgemeine Versicherung AG and supported by the Association for the Promotion of Architecture.

The focus is on projects that, with their contemporary architecture and process-oriented quality, highlight valuable perspectives on current building culture. They showcase architecture that is part of societal, social, and ecological contexts. With a range from residential buildings, educational buildings, or conversions and extensions to innovative, experimental usage concepts, the results of the 2025 sponsorship award are diverse.
