Atlas des Gemeinsamen
Building is never a one-man show. Depending on the project and the dimension, the collaboration is interdisciplinary, supra-regional or intercultural. From Thursday, June 20, 2024, the exhibition "Atlas of the Common" will be on display in the Werkbund Galerie Berlin, which addresses precisely these collaborations.
50 projects will be on display, in which Atelier ST, Max Dudler and Modersohn & Freiesleben, among others, were involved. But the exhibition is not just focused on architecture: initiatives for diversity in rural areas, playgrounds, teaching and research projects, photo series and the Mäusebunker model process will also be presented.
The exhibition is designed as a growing traveling exhibition and will be shown in Chemnitz, Nuremberg and Frankfurt, among other places, in the future. Jan R. Krause, Federal Chairman of the German Werkbund, Edgar Reinke, Berlin Werkbund Board Member and Ulrike Alber-Vorbeck, editor at BauNetz-Meldungen, will speak at the opening in Berlin.
Opening: 20 June 2024, 6:30 p.m.
Speakers:
Ulrike Alber-Vorbeck, BauNetz
Edgar Reinke, Deutscher Werkbund Berlin
Jan R. Krause, Deutscher Werkbund e.V.
