In 1949, the state of Rheinland-Pfalz founded the trust fund for real estate liens and integrated it into the Landesbank Rheinland-Pfalz in 1962 as a separate, economically and organizationally separate part under the name State Trust Office. LTH annual report 2009

On the occasion of this anniversary, the ISB is showing an exhibition as a retrospective of 75 years of housing support. A timeline puts the development of subsidized housing construction in the context of contemporary history, supplemented by selected projects from all decades, each of which is presented in detail.
